If I could be an apprentice to anyone I would be and apprentice bakery chef. I think it would be fun to make desserts all day. It would be cool to only make food. As long as I didn't have to wake up early to make the food.

Miss Smith's Response: Where in the world would you work? There are amazing bakeries in Europe and all over the United States for starters. Or you could learn to make bread and pasteries in South America or Australia or....the choices are endless!

Check out this site for the CIA...no, not that CIA - the Culinary Institute of America- a culinary college! CIA

I would probably work somewhere in Europe; most likely England, Ireland, or Italy because of the awesome environment, and the great food that is already there. Plus the fact that I love Europe. I would probably work in a bakery or a restaurant/ pub.

If I was there I would ask them what the local people like for food, and what type of menu the bakery (or restaurant/ pub) has to offer. I would also ask how to cook the food in case it was different.

MISS SMITH'S NOTE: What project did you choose?
